1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. - Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. - Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at pig2rig@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. - Once your return is approved, we will contact you. - Pack the items securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. - If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. - Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- If you need a different size, please return the original item and once inspected we will arrange for your new item to be delivered / collected.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
